Judith M. Naimo, a native of California, is the
founder and sole proprietor of Green Valley Associates, a real
estate brokerage in Napa, California since 1987. She earned her
Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from U.C. Santa Barbara in
1970. In 1972 she visited a college friend who was teaching school
in St. Helena, and fell in love with the Napa Valley. She worked
for the County of Napa as an adult education teacher in those early
years on the Napa Valley College Campus, at Napa State Hospital, and
at the Napa County Jail tutoring GED. Judy began selling real estate
in 1980, and became co-owner of Rose Realty in 1982. She received
her Brokers license in 1984, and in 1987 founded Green Valley
Associates. Judy is a Certified Residential Specialist and is also
in the ranks of the elite Graduates of the Realtor Institute. Judy entered the real estate business at a time where interest rates were at an all time high and most properties were on the market for sometimes years. Because of this she is exceptionally focused on making sure that each of her clients’ real estate dealings are analyzed as the investment they truly are. Judy’s perspective is that real estate should fit her clients’ long term goals and that a planning session in the beginning can save time, money and taxes. She develops a strategy that suits her clients individually. She learned early on the importance of reducing the chaos and confusion created in most real estate transactions, and works extensively with buyers, sellers and investors to purchase and sell real property quickly and profitably, with less disruption to their families. Green Valley Associates When its doors opened in November
1987, Green Valley Associates was not only a sole proprietorship, it
was a one agent office. In May of 2004, the first additional
licensed agent was added and in October a second agent was added.
In 2005 a business and marketing coach was hired and short and long
range plans were developed. It was a pivotal year, and time and
financial resources were spent on totally revamping the company.
Automatic client contact systems were created and implemented.
Websites were enhanced and multiplied. Customer tracking before,
during and after sale was created. Telephone systems were changed
to internet based. With these innovations, 3 more agents joined the
firm in 2005. In 2006 4 more agents were added and the need for
office space went from 497 square feet to 2300 square feet. Since
January of 2007 an additional 5 agents have joined this firm. Location As you can see, 2300 square feet is no longer enough space to hold staff, agents and clients. As of September of 2007, Green Valley Associates is located on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Jordan Lane. The buildings with the blue tile roofs at 575 Lincoln Avenue offer both visibility and accessibility. A block away from Jiffy Lube, Wal-Mart, Subway sandwiches, Quiznos, Round Table Pizza, World Savings and Hollywood Video, we are easy to find and always have plenty of parking. Historically Strong In a market where many companies are downsizing and agents have no sales volume, Green Valley Associates continues to flourish. Repeat and referral business are the corner stone of this locally owned company. In a relatively small town, reputation and past performance outweigh other competitors.
