• Take digital photos;
• Provide color flyers;
• Provide binder with property information (reports, disclosures, etc.) for buyers to view;
• Place ads in the Napa Register, Yountville Sun, St. Helena Star, the Marketplace and the Wine Country Reader
• Host a real estate agent caravan;
• Host an open house;
• Represent you, the seller, throughout the entire transaction;
